Calgary Health Trust COVID-19 Response Fund Fundraiser

Spreading a Little Positivity, One Smile at a Time

On April 26, 2020 we began this fundraiser to help spread positivity by highlighting the smiles that our frontline healthcare workers show us everyday, even when there is so much pain, and uncertainty in this world. Korado did this by committing to completing a new drawing every week, for three months, and on July 26, 2020 he completed the final drawing.

This is the completed wall of hand-drawn smiling faces behind the mask which will be on display at the PLC here in Calgary, Alberta. These front line healthcare workers, and so many more, put themselves at risk, everyday, for the rest of us. In our opinion, they are all heroes, and deserve much more than what we can give. So we hope that these drawings bring a little positivity, and hope into your lives. It's been an absolute honour to draw so many different faces, and I hope they inspire positivity, and good will toward our fellow human beings. Special thanks to all those who have supported us within your respective networks!
